The High Court awards Rs.27,85,536/- towards expenses towards attendants, Rs.24,84,000/- towards physiotherapy, Rs.3,00,000/- towards loss of marriage prospects, Rs.15,00,000/- towards loss of expectation of life/loss of amenities of life and pain and suffering, Rs.14,66,000/- towards loss of future earnings, Rs.6,51,600/- towards special diet, besides Rs.47,49,610/- already awarded by the Tribunal.
